Sasha founded The Lymph Clinic to create a centre of excellence for advanced lymphatic and lymphoedema care. With over 18 years in the wellness industry and extensive experience spanning luxury spas, education and specialist clinical practice, her work is now exclusively focused on complex lymphatic drainage and lymphoedema management.

As a registered member of MLD-UK and the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT), Sasha works to the highest clinical standards in lymphatic and lymphoedema treatment. She also co-authored the City & Guilds Level 3 NVQ Body Massage curriculum and remains deeply committed to raising professional standards across the industry.

Sasha specialises in supporting clients with lymphoedema, chronic swelling, fluid retention, post-surgical recovery, inflammation and long-standing lymphatic congestion. Her approach combines advanced hands-on techniques with in-depth knowledge of lymphatic anatomy and pathology, allowing her to deliver highly targeted, results-driven treatment plans that support both symptom management and long-term lymphatic health.

Emma is a highly experienced lymphatic and lymphoedema specialist with a strong focus on supporting clients with complex swelling, congestion and lymphatic dysfunction. Her work centres on improving lymphatic flow, reducing chronic oedema and enhancing comfort, mobility and overall quality of life.

She is a registered member of MLD-UK, reflecting her commitment to the highest clinical standards in lymphatic and lymphoedema care. Emma supports clients with post-operative swelling, lymphoedema, fluid retention, inflammation and long-term lymphatic congestion through carefully structured, personalised treatment programmes.

In addition to lymphatic drainage, Emma is also fully qualified in acupuncture, allowing her to support lymphatic health through nervous system regulation, circulation and systemic balance. This integrated approach enhances clinical outcomes and supports more sustainable, whole-body improvements.

Clare specialises in advanced lymphatic drainage, with a strong focus on improving lymph flow, reducing tissue congestion and supporting the body’s natural detoxification and healing processes.

Her treatments are designed to support fluid retention, inflammation, postural congestion and general lymphatic sluggishness. Clare works with precision and care, tailoring every session to each client’s presentation to optimise drainage pathways and improve tissue health.

Clare is also fully qualified in acupuncture, allowing her to support the lymphatic system through nervous system regulation and improved circulation. This combined approach enables her to offer integrated care for clients managing stress, hormonal changes, chronic tension and systemic inflammation alongside lymphatic concerns.

Carla has over a decade of experience in luxury spa environments and has spent the last three years specialising exclusively in lymphatic drainage. Her work is fully focused on supporting lymphatic flow, reducing fluid retention and improving how the body manages inflammation and waste.

She supports clients with bloating, swelling, post-operative recovery, tissue congestion and general lymphatic stagnation. Carla takes a highly personalised approach, assessing each client’s lymphatic presentation and adapting her techniques to deliver safe, effective and restorative treatment.

Her focus is on precision, consistency and results, ensuring each client receives treatment that supports both immediate relief and long-term lymphatic health.

Katy brings extensive clinical experience as a specialist nurse, combining medical knowledge with advanced lymphatic support to deliver comprehensive, patient-centred care.

Her work focuses on supporting clients with fluid retention, post-surgical recovery, chronic conditions and complex presentations where lymphatic function plays a critical role. Katy’s clinical background allows her to assess clients with a high level of medical understanding, ensuring treatment is safe, appropriate and aligned with wider healthcare needs.

She is currently working towards being able to clinically diagnose lymphoedema, further strengthening The Lymph Clinic’s ability to support clients with more complex lymphatic and swelling-related conditions.

Philippa is the Wellness Co-ordinator at The Lymph Clinic and leads all Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) sessions within the clinic.

With a background in the airline industry and 5-star spa environments, she brings exceptional attention to detail and a calm, patient-focused approach. Philippa oversees HBOT protocols and session flow, ensuring every treatment is delivered safely, smoothly and optimised for the best possible outcomes.

Her focus is on creating a seamless clinical experience where every patient feels fully supported from arrival to departure.

Sue is a registered nurse and Lead Clinician at The Lymph Clinic, with her entire career specialising in women’s health and complex care.

She brings a deep clinical understanding of the lymphatic system and designs evidence-informed treatment protocols to support hormonal health, post-surgical recovery, chronic swelling and fatigue. Sue also oversees clinical standards across the clinic, ensuring every client receives safe, medically informed and personalised lymphatic care.

Katherine leads strategic partnerships at The Lymph Clinic, developing collaborations with aligned brands, wellness professionals and premium venues.

With a background in brand strategy and business development, she focuses on creating partnerships that enhance client experience, expand clinical reach and support the growth of both The Lymph Clinic and its education platforms.

Her work ensures every partnership reflects the clinic’s values of care, integrity and excellence, helping shape the future of The Lymph Clinic across wellness and professional training.

Susannah is an Integrative and Functional Medicine Practitioner (BSc, IFM, CNHC, IPHM) and founder of Inter Wellness, a thriving functional medicine clinic. She specialises in root-cause medicine, helping clients uncover and address the underlying factors driving their symptoms, rather than simply treating them.

Taking a patient-centred, science-based approach, Susannah views the body as an interconnected system and addresses the whole person. Through in-depth consultations and specialised lab testing, she assesses factors such as nutritional deficiencies, gut health, genetics, hormones, stress, and lifestyle. She then develops personalised, evidence-based strategies to support long-term health, empowering clients to make sustainable changes that enhance energy, resilience, and overall wellbeing.

Mr Damir Kosutic MD PhD FRCS(Plast) is a Consultant Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeon based in Manchester, known for his world-class expertise in advanced microsurgery, lymphoedema treatment and aesthetic surgery. With over twenty years of experience, he brings together the precision of reconstructive surgery and the artistry of aesthetics to achieve natural, long-lasting results for his patients.

Mr Kosutic completed his specialist training across some of the most prestigious centres in the world, including Imperial College London, Hospital de la Santa Creu i Sant Pau in Barcelona and MD Anderson in Texas. His international training with leading experts in microsurgery has placed him at the forefront of modern reconstructive techniques – from breast reconstruction using DIEP and PAP flaps to cutting-edge lymphoedema microsurgery such as lymphatico-venous anastomosis and vascularised lymph-node transfer.

At The Christie NHS Foundation Trust, one of Europe’s leading cancer centres, Mr Kosutic leads the Breast Reconstruction Service, where he specialises in complex reconstructive cases following cancer, trauma and surgery. He also serves as Chair of the Lymphoedema and Lipoedema Special Interest Advisory Group for the British Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons (BAPRAS), where he plays a key role in advancing surgical standards and patient care in lymphatic surgery.

In private practice, Mr Kosutic combines his reconstructive expertise with a refined aesthetic approach to deliver truly bespoke treatments.
