What is HBOT?

Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) is a non-invasive, painless treatment where you sit inside a pressurised chamber while breathing concentrated oxygen.

This pressurised environment allows your body to absorb up to x10 times more oxygen, delivering it deep into your bloodstream, tissues and cells. The result? Faster healing, reduced inflammation and improved overall health.

What to Expect During a Session

Relax in a comfortable, private chamber.
Breathe pure oxygen as the pressure gently increases.
Sessions last 70 minutes – you can nap, listen to music, watch Netflix, follow a Guided Meditations or simply unwind.
After the session, you can return to normal activities right away.

How Often Should You Use HBOT?

Wellness and Maintenance: 1 to 2 sessions per week
Post-Surgery or Injury Recovery: 5 to 10 sessions, often close together
Chronic Conditions or Skin Healing: A customised programme designed by our Lead Clinician

Is It Safe?

HBOT is safe and suitable for most people, but it is not recommended if you have:

  • Untreated pneumothorax (collapsed lung)
  • Certain severe lung diseases
  • Recent ear or sinus infections
  • Some untreated heart conditions. We will carry out a full health screening before your first session to ensure it is safe and appropriate for you.
